Confusion is still widespread over the particulars of Luzerne County’s new anti-discrimination ordinance.

Approximately 20 Luzerne County residents and government representatives attended a Thursday night town hall about county-owned infrastructure.

A process attempting to throw out Luzerne County Council’s new anti-discrimination ordinance is formally underway because three citizens filed a required petition on Wednesday.
