A Luzerne County Council majority tabled two opioid litigation settlement fund earmarks Tuesday after some members called for more transparency in the way allocation recommendations are brought to council.

Luzerne County Domestic Relations completed its relocation to a leased building in Kingston, which frees up space for a $1.5 million project to fit all family court judicial operations inside the county-owned Bernard C. Brominski Building on North Street in Wilkes-Barre, officials said Monday.

Luzerne County Council is set to vote Tuesday on two new opioid litigation settlement fund earmarks, the agenda said.

Although Luzerne County voters rejected a proposed new home rule charter in November, some recommended changes may still be implemented.
