NANTICOKE — The Luzerne County Community College Literary Arts Society recently held a collection on campus to benefit children in foster care at Brandon’s Forever Home.

The Literary Arts Society joined the local movement begun by Ella Wilson, a member of Girl Scout Troop 30102. LCCC students collected more than 250 new and gently used book bags, backpacks, tote bags, and suitcases.
