DALLAS — The Village At Greenbriar, a personal care home, recently had a celebration for all residents 90 years and older. There are 29 residents who are 90 and over, going up to 103 years old. There was music by George Rittenhouse and certificates given by State Representative Karen Boback and 20th District Senator Lisa Baker.
