DALLAS – North Branch Land Trust is offering a program Wednesday, May 22, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at The Lands at Hillside Farms. Join Charlene Wildes for a hands-on demonstration preparing homemade herbed boursin cheese and compound butter. You’ll be amazed at how easy and inexpensive it is.

Both homemade herbed cheeses and homemade compound butters are great gift ideas.

All supplies will be provided for you to make your own flavored cheese to take home. Recipes will be available.

There is a fee for this program: NBLT Members $5 / non-members $10. Registration is required by 5 pm, Monday, May 20, and the registration limit is 25.

Register by emailing smith@nblt.org, phoning the NBLT office at 570-310-1781, or logging onto the NBLT website www.nblt.org/events .
