DALLAS TWP. — Car enthusiasts from across the region visited the Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center annual Hi-Lites Motor Club Classic Car Show on Saturday, Aug. 12.

The free event, held from 1 to 4 p.m., gave motorheads of all ages an opportunity to admire a variety of vehicles ranging from the 1920s to the muscle cars of the 1960s and 1970s and even newer models.

Members of the Hi-Lites Motor Club parked their highly polished vehicles around the pond outside of the Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 4 E. Center Hill Road.

Guests could talk with car owners and swap stories.

The Meadows Auxiliary held the car show as a fundraiser to provide program, events and services to the residents of the Meadows’ facilities.

Boy Scout Troop 281, of Dallas, sold hot food, ice cream and drinks to guests to support troop trips and programs.
