DALLAS TWP. — Misericordia University’s Government, Law and National Security Program and the Government, Law and National Security Club will hold a free workshop entitled, “Student Loans: What Federal Program and Policies Help You Save Money,’’ for parents, and current and future college students from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 in Huntzinger and Alden Trust Rooms 218-219 of Sandy and Marlene Insalaco Hall.
The panel discussion, under the direction of Rebecca Padot, Ph.D., assistant professor, will feature faculty and students active in the club. The conversation about student loans will provide practical advice not generally known when navigating the complex student loan application or paying them back.
