DALLAS TWP. — The third annual Walk for Debbie’s Darlings was held on Saturday, Aug. 8 at Mountaineer Stadium on the Dallas High School campus. The 1-mile walk is held in memory of Debbie Darling Belenski, a community advocate who died in 2012 at the age of 51 due to a brain aneurysm. Proceeds help provide school supplies to Back Mountain students in need, and some proceeds also aid the Debbie Darling Memorial Fund, part of The Luzerne Foundation.
