LEHMAN TWP. — The 30th annual Luzerne County Council on Adult Higher Education (LCCAHE) Outstanding Adult Learner Award Dinner was held on March 26 at Hayfield House on the Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus.
Institutions of higher education participating in LCCAHE are King’s College, Luzerne County Community College, Misericordia University, Penn State Wilkes-Barre and Wilkes University.
The Outstanding Adult Learner Award winners honored were Phaedra Joseph, of Pittston, King’s College; Jody M. Hahn, of Nanticoke, Luzerne County Community College; Karen Reilly, of Edwardsville, Misericordia University; Robert Mastropole, III, of Mahopac, New York, Penn State Wilkes-Barre, and Debbie Taylor ,of Forty Fort, Wilkes University.
