DALLAS — The community is invited to attend an Alzheimer’s Interfaith Candlelight Vigil presented by the Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and the Alzheimer’s Association at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10 at the center, 4 E. Center Hill Road.

An ecumenical service will be held with clergy and music, followed by an outdoor lighting ceremony. The evening will conclude with light refreshments.

The Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center hosts an Alzheimer’s Support Group at 10 a.m. the first Thursday of each month in the Meadows board room. This support group benefits caregivers by providing the opportunity to address their concerns and learn about the newest developments in the treatment of this disease.
