Booyah! Burgers & Bites is scheduled to open its second restaurant, in Dallas, by the end of August, owner Kristen Favata said Saturday.

The eatery will occupy the space vacated by Rice ’n Beans at 2834 Memorial Highway (Route 415).

The first Booyah! opened last year on Wyoming Avenue in Wyoming. Favata said the restaurant has been such a success that she decided to expand to a second site.

The Dallas eatery will feature Booyah! Burgers & Bites’ trademark fresh foods, which include burger patties made daily, hand-cut French fries and hand-breaded chicken, as well as salads and homemade sauces. Gluten-free rolls will be added to the menu.

The new location is expected to add as many as 15 full- and part-time jobs to the Back Mountain area. It will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Favata said.
