Attorney Tom Mosca has announced his candidacy for Magisterial District (11-3-09) Judge,

Mosca, a longtime local attorney and active member of the community, Mosca is seeking both nominations in the May primary.

“Our system of justice requires that litigants and their attorneys play by the rules, and in order for that system to function effectively, there must be a level playing field,” Mosca said. “Judges are the keepers of that level playing field, and each of us is entitled to fair and equal treatment under the law.”

Mosca, of Dallas, cited his 26 years of experience as an attorney, along with his life experiences, as crucial lessons that have prepared him for this role.

A graduate of Wyoming Seminary and Wilkes University, he earned a law degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C.

He is active in community organizations, including St. Therese Church, Back Mountain Legal Clinic and the Back Mountain Chamber.

Mosca and his wife Andrea live in Dallas. They have two daughters, Hillary, of St. Louis; and Tori, a second-year law student at St. John’s University, Queens, N.Y.
