DALLAS — Teams are forming for participation in the Seventh Annual Pauly Friedman 5k Walk Run which will be held on Sunday, Aug. 9 at Misericordia University.

Funds raised will benefit Help Line/211, a program of Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (FSA of NEPA).

To date, 19 teams have signed on and will be eligible to vie for two coveted trophies. The “Answer the Call” Traveling Trophy is given to the team who raises the most money and the FSA “Team Spirit” Traveling TrophyTeam to the team that has the most signed up participants by Aug. 1. Each trophy is kept by the winning team for one year until it goes up for grabs once again at next year’s race.
