Lake-Lehman will continue its Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association Class 4A girls basketball title pursuit with a second-round game Wednesday against Monsignor Bonner-Archbishop Prendergast at Bethlehem Freedom High School at 6:30.
The Lady Knights qualified for state play by finishing second in District 2, then advanced with a 65-43 victory over Jersey Shore in the first round to improve to 20-6.
Bonner-Prendergast is the champion of District 12, which consists of the Philadelphia schools. It defeated Bermudian Springs, 59-35, in the state opener.
The game is the middle game of a tripleheader.
Holy Cross plays Delaware County Christian in the Class 2A boys opener at 5. The final game has Wyoming Seminary playing defending state champion Neumann-Goretti from Philadelphia in Class 3A.
