The Dallas Kiwanis held its annual Halloween event for children in day care through middle school on Oct. 26 at the Dallas Township Fire Hall. Prizes were awarded for the top three winners in each category: Most Original, Funniest, Prettiest, Ugliest, Best Group and Miscellaneous. Games and refreshments immediately followed the costume judging.
