Summer is officially upon us as the annual Dallas Borough Summer Recreation Program has begun. Offered at the Kenneth Young Memorial Park on Burndale Road in Dallas, the program offers youngsters an opportunity to have fun, be creative and learn at the same time during the summer months.

The program is held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through August 13. It is offered to children between the ages of 6 and up to and including 12 years of age at the time of registration. Dallas Borough resident children and up to 100 Dallas Township resident children are admitted to the 2010 program.
