DALLAS TWP. – The Summer Lunch and Learn Series at Misericordia University is offering the free program, “Foundations of Investing,’’ with Ted Oberg, AAMS, financial advisor at Edward Jones, from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15 in Alden Trust Room 219 of Sandy and Marlene Insalaco Hall.

“Foundations of Investing’’ is a 30-minute educational program geared to people who want an overview of investing, including key terms and types of investments. It covers the basic features of bonds, stocks and packaged investments, and the importance of asset allocation.

The Summer Lunch and Learn Series at Misericordia University provides opportunities for personal and professional development and growth, along with instruction and resources at sessions facilitated by experts in the field.
