DALLAS — Movie night will be held Friday, June 29 for children and Saturday, June 30 for teens at the luzerne County Fairgrounds, State Route 118. “Moana” will be shown June 29 and “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will be shown June 30.

Gates open at 7:30 p.m. with the movie set to begin at 8:45 p.m. Drinks, snacks and popcorn will be available for purchase.

Cost is $3 for adults 18 years of age and over. Admission for children is $2 or the donation of an item for Operation Duffle Bag (deodorant, brush, comb, newly or gently used book or stuffed animal).

This event is the senior project of Tiffany Lasinski who is collecting these duffle bags to provide foster children with a nice bag to carry their clothes from home to home.

Anyone unable to attend the movie but wanting to make a donation can do so at Diamond’s Bakery by Kate, Memorial Hwy. Dallas; Mary Taylor Salon, Memorial Hwy. Dallas; Simplicity Day Spa 633 Main Road, Dallas; They Grow So Fast, Dallas Shopping Center; Big Ten Subs, SR 118, Lehman; or State Farm (next to Sheetz), Memorial Hwy., Dallas. Boxes for donations will be available until the end of July.
