The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread minor congestion is reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Downtown, isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Areas of minor congestion are also reported on North Main, South Main, North River and East Northampton streets.
