Summer Take Out BBQ
TRUCKSVILLE— The annual Summer Take Out BBQ will be held Friday, July 20 at Trucksville United Methodist Church Educational Facility, 40 Knob Hill Road.
Takeouts begin at 4:30 p.m.and continue through 7 p.m. The menu includes, half a chicken, baked potato, all the fixings, homemade desserts, and beverages.

Town-wide yard sale planned
NOXEN — Noxen Day town-wide yard sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 21. Explore the Noxen School inside yard sale for great deals and history. Save at the Noxen Clothes Closet with its buck-a-bag sale and visit the library located in the school. Proceeds benefit the N.H.C.A. building projects and Schenck Memorial Library. All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast-Buffet
DALLAS TWP. — The Kunkle Fire Company will hold its monthly All-You-Can-Eat-Breakfast Buffet from 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Aug. 12, at the Kunkle Social Hall, 815 Kunkle Road. Tickets are $10 for adults and children 10 years old and younger are admitted for $5. Tickets are available at the door.
