Shannen Brady, of Sweet Valley, has been named recipient of the Luzerne County Community College Alumni Association’s Outstanding Graduate Award for 2018. The annual award is presented to a student who demonstrates academic achievement and active involvement in both college and community activities. The award was presented at the college’s 50th annual commencement ceremony held recently at Mohegan Sun Arena in Plains Township.
