LEHMAN TWP. — Penn State Wilkes-Barre’s Nesbitt Library collected donations for the SPCA of Luzerne County. The collection was part of the annual Penn State Wilkes-Barre’s October employee potluck, which was hosted by the Nesbitt Library staff.
