The Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International (HSMAI) awarded scholarships to two Keystone College students. Summer Frantz, a freshman hospitality management major from Tunkhannock; and Michael Hopkins, a junior hospitality management major from Dalton, each received a $500 scholarship from the organization. The students were selected based upon a resume review and previous experience in the hospitality industry. At the presentation, form left, are: Hildy Ide, HSMAI, Hilton Garden Inn, Wilkes-Barre; Brenda Lidy, HSMAI and Keystone College associate professor; Frantz and Hopkins; Amanda Yakus, HSMAI, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Wilkes-Barre; and Janet Hall, HSMAI, Luzerne County Visitors Bureau.
