Dallas High School swimmers Brian Stepniak and Marcus Wagner have been named Academic All Americans by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association.

There are over 289,700 students involved in aquatics in high school in over 14,000 programs for boys and girls. Approximately two percent of these students are recognized as high school All Americans. Not only are our athletes talented in the pool but in the classroom as well.

To qualify for this award, the athlete must have a minimum GPA of 3.750 on 4.0 scale or 95.75% on the grade scale the school uses for seven semesters, GPA may not be rounded up and they must be a graduating senior and letter in senior year.
