Two clowns from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Barnum Bash Circus will appear at the Dallas Harvest Festival from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16.
The clowns will be in the children's are behind the borough building and will entertain children with skits. The event is free and open to the general public.
The clowns are appearing in town in advance of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Barnum Bash, that will appear at Mohegan Sun arena in Wilkes-Barre Nov. 1-4.
