As a follow-up to last evening's ceiling collapse at the Back Mountain Care Center (formerly Mountainside Manor Nursing Home), The American Red Cross Wyoming Valley Chapter assisted with providing blankets and meals to approximately 59 residents that were evacuated from the Center. EMS of Northeast PA offered medical cots for the residents who were relocated to other nursing facilities. (The Red Cross was not involved in the relocation process or the temporary shelter set up at Dallas Middle School).
