Pinewood Derby is 60

Cub Scouts and their fathers worked alongside each other during Cub Scout Pack 155's Annual Pinewood Derby held Jan. 18 at the Early Childhood Education Center at the Trucksville United Methodist Church. The first Pinewood Derby was held in 1953 by Cub Scout Pack 280C of Manhattan Beach, California, operated by the North American Aviation Management Club. It was the brainchild of Cubmaster Donald Murphy.
