BAUERLE - Leslie W., 83, of Cedar Knolls, N.J., died Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He had been residing in Dallas with his daughter, Lorna Chin, and her husband, David, since last November because of illness.
He was born March 22, 1928, in Cleveland, Ohio, received his Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Columbia University, N.Y., and taught high school science in several New Jersey school districts for over 30 years, the last being Chatham Township. He retired 24 years ago.
He was a founding member of the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship in New Jersey.
Surviving, in addition to his daughter, are his wife of 60 years, the former Elizabeth Bigelow; one granddaughter.

CHAMBERS - Teresa Helen (Cigarski), 57, died Sunday, September 4, 2011, after battling an illness.
She attended the Gate of Heaven Grade School, Dallas, and graduated from West Side Central Catholic High School, Kingston. She received a degree in business from Palm Beach State College, Florida and worked for Palm Beach State College for the last nine years in the Human Resources Department.
She was a member of West Pines Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Michael; and daughter, Michelle, Lake Worth, Fla.; sister, Charlotte (Smith) Sims, Larksville; nieces and nephews.
DAILEY - Roy R. Sr., 74, of Meshoppen, died Sunday, September 11, 2011, in CMC, Scranton, after an illness.
He was born in Tunkhannock and was a retired employee of Procter & Gamble, Mehoopany, where he worked as a technician.
He was a member of the Tunkhannock United Methodist Church and a graduate of Tunkhannock High School, class of 1955.
He served with the U.S. Marines. He was a Deputy Game protection officer in Wyoming County for 25 years.
Surviving are a daughter, Brenda M. Carrier, Meshoppen; four sons, Roy Jr., Jenningsville; Matthew, Meshoppen; Michael, Meshoppen; Timothy, Forkston; two sisters, Barbara Huff, Tunkhannock; and Ramona Harvatt, New Jersey; nine grandchildren; a great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
KASARDA - Karen Ann, died unexpectedly Sunday, September 11, 2011, in her home at Harveys Lake.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre, and graduated from Coughlin High School. She has resided at Harveys Lake for almost 50 years.
She was the owner and operator of Horseman‚??s Supply, Harveys Lake. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake.
Surviving are her daughter; Janene Ann Kasarda, Harveys Lake; sister, Helen Martin, Harveys Lake; nieces and nephews.

She was born in Coudersport, Pa., on July 26, 1953, was a 1971 graduate of Tunkhannock High School and a 1975 graduate of Marywood College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
Prior to her retirement, she taught fifth grade in the Tunkhannock Area School District for 25 years. She was a member of the Tunkhannock Women‚??s Club.
Surviving are her parents, Murray and Trudy Trunk Fish, Tunkhannock; her husband of 19 years, Edward Lunger; brother, Paul, of Falls; sisters, Jane Wiggins, of Martinez, Ga.; Marilyn Heller, of Clarks Summit; Ann Fisk-Ware, of Tunkhannock; nieces and nephews.

She was born August 1, 1927, graduated from Larksville High School and attended Nesbitt Hospital School of Nursing.
She owned and operated Shamrock House Craft Shop in Wilkes-Barre for several years and was a dedicated health care provider to individuals with special needs and the elderly.

She was born in Trucksville, was a graduate of Kingston Township High School and attended Wilkes College.
She retired from Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center where she worked as a switchboard operator.
Surviving are her sons, Richard, Muhlenberg; and Brett, Harveys Lake; daughters, Kim Janosky, Lake Township; and Jolie Perrego, Maryland; six grandchildren.
REMUS - Casimer F., Tunkhannock, died Sunday, September 11, 2011, in the Hospice Community Care in Dunmore.
He was born in Pittston on September 12, 1920, was a 1938 graduate of Pittston High School, an Army veteran of World War II, a graduate of The University of Scranton and the Newark College of Engineering and a member of the Church of the Nativity BVM.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed for 35 years as a mechanical engineer for the Bendix Corporation in South Montrose.
Surviving are his wife, Cecilia Feschenko Remus; daughter, Catherine Shefski; sons, Casimer Jr., Christopher and Michael.

She was born in Pringle on April 3, 1924. She retired from RCA in 1984 and worked at Andy Perugino‚??s Restaurant, Luzerne; Pileggi‚??s Restaurant, Kingston; and Agolino‚??s Restaurant, West Pittston.

She was born in Ashley on January 23, 1937, and was a 1954 graduate of Ashley High School. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a sales clerk in several Tunkhannock retail stores.
Surviving are her son, William, Forty Fort; daughters, Lynn Morris, Shohola Falls; Cathy Custer, West Richland, Wash.; and Holly Reynolds, Navarre, Fla.; six grandchildren; and one great grand-daughter.
