The Pauly Friedman Art Gallery at Misericordia University will host a student art exhibition March 17-31 featuring more than 40 student works in ceramics, drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and watercolor.
Also on display will be a visual fine arts faculty exhibition in the adjacent MacDonald Art Gallery featuring faculty members Babetta Wenner, Georgiana Cray Bart, David Klevinsky and Skip Sensbach.
The exhibits will open with a free reception from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 17. Students of John Curtis, director of performing arts, will provide music for the reception. The student exhibition will include art created in the studio art classes during the fall 2011 and the spring 2012 semesters.
Pauly Friedman Art Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
