A Community Yard Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15 in the Aicher Parking Lot of the Shavertown United Methodist Church.
Spaces are available for $10 for a 15-foot space. Anyone interested in securing a vendor space may call Sandy Michalisin at 696-9079.
A variety of items will be available along with food and baked goods on the day of the sale.
Homemade soups, all served with bread and butter, beverage and dessert, will be available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Noxen United Methodist Church, Route 29, Noxen.
A free will offering will be taken.
The Huntsville United Methodist Church, 2355 Huntsville Road, Shavertown, will hold its last Community Yard Sale of the year from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept 22.
Vendor spaces are$10 each. Food and a bake sale will also be available. Call 477-3748 to reserve your space.
The Fine Arts Committee of Shavertown United Methodist Church will begin its 10th season of concerts with Steve Green, Christian recording artist, at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 23.
