Wyoming Seminary graduates from the class of 2017 recently returned to the Upper School campus to participate in a College Panel, sharing their college experiences with current students. Moderated by Denny Barber, Sem’s associate director of college guidance, the eight-member panel gave students information on how to search for a college, how to balance academics with extracurricular activities and how to adjust to the rigors of college. The panel discussion ended with a question and answer session from the audience. From left, seated, are Jared Piatnik ’17, Bryant University; Abigail Straub ’17, Franklin & Marshall; Payton McCormick ’17, Cabrini College; and Spencer Stirewalt ’17, University of Illinois-Urbana. Second row, Nicole Lukesh ’17, Notre Dame University; George Vavlas ’17, St. Joseph’s University; Dominic Wright ’17, York College; and Shelby Monk ’17, King’s College.
