DALLAS — North Branch Land Trust will hold its sixth annual “Taste the Local Harvest” from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8 at Huntsville Golf Club.

This casual event showcases the harvest from local farms. Tasting tables will host local beers, wines, produce, beef, chicken, turkey, cheese and more. Dishes will be prepared by Chef Ryan at Huntsville Golf Club from local farm products.

Participating farms are Brace’s Orchard, Dancing Hen, Darling Farms, Dymond’s Farm, Forks Farm, Golumb’s Farm, Koch Turkey Farm, O’Malia’s Farm, Rowlands Pennsylvania Produce and Tilling Point Farm.

Other providers of local food are Good Hive, Café Fresca coffee, Tarnowski’s Kiebasa, Harry’s Market and LeRaysville Cheese Factory.

Among local participating breweries and wineries are Anzalone Brewery, Susquehanna Brewing Company, North Slope Brewing Company, Northeast Eagle and Bartolai Winery.

Tap your feet and sing along to Strawberry Jam or watch your favorite football game on the live broadcast NFL Sunday Ticket while sampling food and drink.

Tickets are $60 per person.
