WILKES-BARRE — Due to production issues, some home-delivery subscribers of the Times Leader will receive their newspaper late today.
Readers also will notice that some pages in Monday’s paper are labeled incorrectly or are missing. The Life section should have eight pages, and two sports pages appear at the back of the first section.
