Gas prices in the Wyoming Valley held steady overnight, but are down slightly over the past week.
According to data by AAA Mid Atlantic:
• Wilkes-Barre area gas average at $2.23 today, down four cents in the last week.
• Pennsylvania gas average at $2.23 today, down a penny overnight and down five cents in the last week.
• National gas average at $2.12 today, down a penny overnight and down three cents in the last week.
