Pockets of minor congestion will slow the Wednesday morning work commute for some.
Traffic on the on- and off-ramps of the Cross Valley Expressway will make for slow going. North River Street in Plains Township is reported to have heavy delays.
In Wilkes-Barre, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and North Pennsylvania Avenue has some spots of congestion.
Minor areas of congestion are reported near the Wyoming Valley Mall.
In Kingston on Wyoming Avenue, near the Gateway Shopping Center, minor congestion is reported. Several other spots on route 11 on the West Side are also showing some heavy traffic.
Very little traffic interruptions reported across Interstates 476, 81 and 80, as well as route 115.
