Sunday travelers will face mainly free flowing traffic on this very hot day of summer.

Free flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81 and Route 315.

Areas of the North Cross Valley have minor congestion, especially around the off ramps.

Some areas of minor congestion are also reported on the South Cross Valley and areas of the Pennsylvania Northeast Extension of the turnpike.

Downtown traffic is free flowing.

Wilkes-Barre Boulevard near downtown has minor congestion.

On the west side, there are some areas of congestion on Route 11 from Forty Fort through Plymouth.
