Isolated areas of traffic congestion reported in the Wyoming Valley

Commuters could encounter some isolated areas of traffic congestion during the morning commute.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Isolated areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps. Widespread minor traffic congestion is reported in the southbound lanes of the South Cross Valley Expressway.

Downtown, isolated areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Hazle Street is also reporting isolated areas of minor traffic congestion.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
