Scattered areas of traffic congestion are reported this morning, but should do little to delay the ride into work and school.
Some heavy congestion is reported on Interstate 81 northbound near Dupont, while scattered areas of minor traffic are reported on Interstate 476.
Routes 315 and 115 are each reporting scattered areas of minor traffic congestion, but the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.
The South Cross Valley Expressway is reporting areas of minor traffic congestion in both lanes of travel.
Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Mundy and Spring streets.
Downtown, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported at intersections of Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and onto South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Otherwise, areas of minor congestion are reported throughout Hazle, North Main and North River streets.
In Kingston, scattered areas of minor traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue.
