Traffic is at a minimum in the Wyoming Valley this morning, which should make for a smooth ride into work and school.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, while scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.

Route 315 is reporting scattered areas of minor congestion, while Route 115 is free of traffic congestion.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is also free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered minor traffic congestion is reported on Kidder and Mundy streets.

Downtown, some scattered areas of heavy congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and Hazle Street. Some heavy congestion is also reported on East Market Street at Public Square.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
