Whether you’re heading into work or to visit family for Christmas Eve, the traffic will do little to deter those plans.

Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Routes 315 and 115 are each reporting isolated areas of minor traffic congestion.

The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.

Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, some areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Kidder and Mundy streets.

Downtown, scattered areas of traffic congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard. Minor congestion is reported on Carey Avenue, with some heavier congestion on Hazle Street. Heavy congestion is also reported on East and West Northampton Street in the area of South Main Street.

In Kingston, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.
