DALLAS — Andy is one of our cats that is currently being fostered, waiting for a fur-ever home. Andy is a neutered male, all white fur and while he is friendly with humans, he needs to be the only pet in his permanent home. Also, Andy is deaf and blind in one eye so he is a little cautious. Andy enjoys playing with some favorite cat toys, lounging in sunny spots and laying in a warm kitty bed.
