DALLAS — AutoZone is coming to Dallas.

AutoZone, a retail leader in sales of aftermarket auto parts and accessories, is constructing a new store in an empty lot on Route 309 in Dallas, next to the Dallas Shopping Center.

The site will make the third new store for the company in the Wyoming Valley this year. AutoZone opened a store on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston, next to Taco Bell this summer. A third location on Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre is also under construction.

AutoZone is accepting applications for the two new locations at www.autozoneinc.com/careers/index.html.

AutoZone, based in Memphis, Tennessee, has over 5,500 stores in the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, Mexico and Brazil. There are 150 stores in Pennsylvania, including a distribution center in Hazle Township.
