DALLAS — Active Adult Centers sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne and Wyoming Counties offer hot noon meals Monday through Friday to people 60 years of age or older. A $2 meal donation is gratefully accepted. The monies are needed in order to expand this program.

The following is the menu for the week of June 6:

MONDAY: Roast beef, brussels sprouts, roasted red potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, fresh fruit salad, milk and coffee.

TUESDAY: Open face hot pork on whole wheat bread, garden vegetable soup, mashed potatoes, crackers, rice krispie treat, milk and coffee.

WEDNESDAY: Whole wheat spaghetti and meatballs, tossed salad, steamed broccoli with garlic, chocolate pudding, milk and coffee.

THURSDAY: Chicken verona, savory spinach, herbed potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, lemon sorbet, milk and coffee.

FRIDAY: Beef and broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, brown rice, scalloped pears, milk and coffee.
