At a recent meeting of the Dallas Rotary Club President Jason Jolley, left, invited his father, Robert Jolley, to address the group. Robert Jolley is the Chief of Police of Dallas Township and the president of the Pennsylvania Police Chiefs Association. Chief Jolley discussed the ‘President’s Commission on Policing in the 21st Century.’ He said looking back at 40 years in law enforcement, positive policing has been the norm for the Dallas Township Police Department and the Back Mountain in general. A lively and informative question and answer period followed his talk with members staying well beyond the usual meeting time.
