DALLAS — The following is the menu for the Dallas Senior Center for the week of Sept. 18:
MONDAY: Steak Diane with grilled onions, parsley boiled potatoes, roasted beets and carrots, whole wheat dinner roll, pears and apricots, milk and coffee.
TUESDAY: Chicken bacon ranch salad, onion soup, fresh vegetables, crackers, strawberry banana gelatin, milk and coffee.
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Philly sandwich, corn chowder, tossed salad, whole wheat club roll, orange, milk and coffee.
THURSDAY: Tomato basil fish, potatoes Au gratin, broccoli and cauliflower, whole wheat dinner roll, vanilla ice cream, milk and coffee.
FRIDAY: Pork Marsala, snap peas, orange glazed carrots, whole wheat noodles, brownie, milk and coffee.
