Members, spouses and friends volunteered from the Dallas Rotary Club for two days in December to help the Salvation Army assist others during the holiday season. Their kettle drive on Route 309 brought in hundreds of dollars, thanks in part, to a very generous donation of $400 from J&J Deli, Route 415 in Dallas. The funds came from management, employees and tips from customers. At the check presentation, from left: Rotarian and chairman Ken Chapple and deli employee Ryan Wertman.
