DALLAS — Active Adult Centers sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne and Wyoming Counties offer hot noon meals Monday through Friday to people 60 years of age or older. A $2 meal donation is gratefully accepted. The monies are needed in order to expand this program.

The following is the menu for the week of March 28:

MONDAY: Stuffed shells, Italian green beans, roasted zucchini and summer squash, tomato sauce, cookie, milk and coffee.

TUESDAY: Fish florentine, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole wheat dinner roll, sorbet, milk and coffee.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, dilled carrots, mashed potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, tropical fruit with whipped topping, milk and coffee.

THURSDAY: Roast pork, parsley boiled potatoes, sautéed red cabbage and apples, whole wheat dinner roll, orange ambrosia, milk and coffee.

FRIDAY: Chicken and sausage bake, chuckwagon corn, steamed brown rice, strawberry parfait, milk and coffee.
